On Saturday 28th September a group of children across both Valence sites were invited to attend a Dagenham and Redbridge football match.
It was a very special occasion as, not only were the children and their family given free tickets to watch the game, the children were also asked to form a Guard of Honour.
This saw the children holding up flags of the Dagenham and Redbridge colours, walking around the pitch waving the flags pre match, and then forming an avenue just outside the players tunnel, in which both teams walked through at the start of the game.
All the children and parents were very excited and had a fantastic day.
