We have been advised by the Local Health Authority that measle cases have increased in the London Boroughs.
Please note that some people are considered very vulnerable to severe measles infection. This includes immunosuppressed people, unvaccinated pregnant women and young children. Vaccination is the safest and most effective way to protect against measles. Two doses of the MMR vaccine offers long term protection.
Please contact your G.P if you, your children or others in the family have not been vaccinated.
