The following is on behalf of the Outreach Team in Talking Therapies Barking & Dagenham (TTBD) IAPT.

We are celebrating the upcoming “World Mental Health Day on 10th of October 2023” by holding outreach stalls in Barking and Dagenham at following venues:

  • Barking Learning Centre – Tuesday 10th of October 2023 from 10am to 1pm (Ground Floor – Foyer area)
  • Dagenham Library - Tuesday 10th of October 2023 from 10am to 1pm (Ground Floor Foyer area)

Our aim is to reach out to as many people locally so that they are informed about what psychological support we offer; how to access our service; inform them about a new Slivercloud online cCBT programme (Support they can access on online) when they are accepted by our service.

We will also be able to able to help individuals who need our advice and support or helping them in making a referral.

We would really appreciate if you can inform of the upcoming events details at your school so that service users and staff are aware of this opportunity to meet a clinical staff from our service.
