Well done to our year 5 and 6 basketball teams for picking up medals in the Barking & Dagenham 4x4 Basketball competition.
The competition was run on November 1st at Eastbury Comprehensive school. The year 5 team finished 2nd whilst the year 6 team came in third, the playing standard was very high with all the schools from the borough competing. The Year 5 team just missed out on finishing first after drawing 4-4 with William Bellamy, finishing extra time level before losing the final on a golden basket shootout.
This is wonderful progress on last years 3rd place with both our teams winning runners-up medals and 3rd place medals respectively. Well done to all involved
