Jeans for Genes Day

Jeans for Genes Day is an annual fundraising event which raises money for Genetic Disorders UK and aims to change the world for children with genetic disorders.

Genetic disorders are rare but they affect 1 in 25 children born in the UK – that’s more than 30,000 babies each year. We at Valence Primary are supporting this worthy fundraising event which takes place on Friday 22nd September 2017. Pupils will wear school uniform but instead of grey trousers/skirts they can wear Jeans, along with their choice of footwear (Nursery will not be participating in Jeans for Genes this year).

A donation of £1 to the charity would be much appreciated.
