On Thursday 30th November, Valence entered three teams in the Barking and Dagenham 4x4 basketball Borough competition at Eastbury Comprehensive School.
All our three teams represented Valence proudly and played with great desire to win and sportsmanship. One of our teams reached the semi-finals, narrowly losing by one basket to the eventual winners George Carey, overseeing St Jo's, Henry Green, Ripple and St Peters on the road to the semi-final. Our Valence Hurricanes team all received bronze medals.
